Summary: Best Phone I've Owned
Comment: I've owned the W300i for a year and I love it. I've tried just about every major brand of cell phone, and this Sony is great. This phone has the best call quality of any phone I've owned. No static, and people tell me I sound great on their end too. My battery gives me 4 days of standby even with regular phone use, so I don't understand the complaints. My owners manual is written in English and you can download a PDF of it online. I added a one GB micro mem stick for the Walkman part, which works great. The headphones are good, but they don't work well as a hand's free device, too much bass. The layout is intuitive. The camera is so-so, but I don't need mega-quality for that. It's lightweight and comfortable carry and talk on. Good call volume as well.
The only negative is the crazy key shape which makes it extremely difficult to accurate typing on. I don't know who designed the keys should be shot.
Bottom line, if you are primarily interested in call quality and reception, you can't go wrong with this phone. I'm going to stick with Sony phones from now on unless they let me down, and they haven't with this one.

Summary: Fantastic phone and great price and delivery!!
Comment: I ordered this phone December 20, and it was at my door on the 23rd!! The phone is fantastic for eases of use, battery life, and graphics. I could not have spent my money any better. The price is low compared to others and well worth every penny.

Summary: Certainly a great product, but untrustable vendor...
Comment: Five stars because on the paper this is a great product with a lot of good functions. However, I could never go beyond reading the user's manual as the two items I received could not be used because of a failed battery/power. Also, the vendor claims it is a new device but judging from the dust ***below*** the plastic protectors, and one item already set in French language, I can hardly believe him.
