Comment: Arbritrarily decided to sell me 2 phones when I asked for one. Battery doesn't last 3 days. Obviously been sitting on a shelf too long. Phone works fine though. I'd rather get a new battery than reprogram a new phone. No access to discuss this with the distributor.

Summary: Liked the features & bought but could not even recharge
Comment: After researching a lot I decided to buy this cell phone. When the package arrived I got a user manual written totally in a foreign language. There was no English version. I had a major problem in recharging the cell, which didn't work and the cell was dead. I had requested replacement and waiting for the package. I should have rated it 1STAR, but will wait.

Comment: This phone has all the features, but it has broken down TWICE in a year. I had one phone replaced on warranty with another phone. They both broke down. Some of the keypad buttons mysteriously just stop working. I wish that I had never bought this phone.

Comment: I bought this phone from Amazon because, I didn't want to give my service provider any more of my money; but that didn't go so well. The phone would not hold a charge, and the instruction manual did not have an english section. I gave in and went to my provider and paid $15 more for the same phone. It actually works!!! So much for "sticking it to the man"
